The 4-H plant science workshop provides youth participants with classroom, lab, fun, and hands-on learning experiences. These experiences develop subject skills (new knowledge, career information, gathered information) and life skills (communications, leadership, teamwork), mostly under the direction of caring adults, but at times in teamwork with older youth.
