Equipment for Junior Shooters.

Federal Ammunition - direct-sale discount program, 4-H youth shooting sports programs at a reduced cost and on a prepay basis. This offer is for ammo to be used in 4-H programs and not for personal use. [Note from the Federal rep: Sales tax exemption has been an issue of confusion.  Because laws vary from state to state, some 4-H programs are exempt from state sales tax and some programs are not.  We now require a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with every order that is claiming to be exempt.  (NOTE:  EIN’s, 501 c 3 determinations and other IRS forms relating to INCOME tax exemption is NOT what we need- Google “sales tax exemption form (State name)” to find the proper form in your state, if it exists.) The current status of ammunition supplies is this:  12 gauge shotshell this year is readily available, 20 gauge supplies are a little tight but are only delayed a few weeks.  Demand for .22LR is unprecedented, and are 8 to 12 months backordered.  That means that programs should place orders now for next year’s programs.  There is no way to predict how long this situation will last- it all depends on consumer purchasing habits.]
