Many people work together to plan and implement the Indiana State Fair Youth Leadership Conference.
Youth Staff
Group Advisors - assist with the planning of the conference; lead groups of delegates during the conference; elected by previous conference delegates. Click here for a list of the 2008 Group Advisors.
Delegate Coordinators - support group advisors in leading their activities; serve as a liaison between the group advisors and adult staff; organize presentations; introduce conference speakers; have previously served as group advisors; elected by previous conference delegates. Office Staff - responsible for the daily operation of the conference office including communication with speakers and tour sites; preparing materials for delegates; and securing conference supplies. The 2008 Office Staff will be Lana Knox.
Extension Educators, Volunteers, & Conference Coordinator - prepare presentations, secure presenters, coordinate schedule & registrations, work with youth staff. Click here for a list of 2008 Adult Staff.
