4-H Workshop Opportunities
Youth in grades 9-12 may participate in 4-H workshops at Purdue University. These hands-on workshops are designed to provide intensive training to youth in a subject matter of their choice. Workshops provide youth the ability to develop a variety of career readiness and technical skills, and help Indiana 4-H meet its mission by offering real-life educational opportunities through our science, healthy living, and citizenship focus areas. Learn more about this year's 4-H workshops from Spread the News participants. Contact your county Purdue Extension Office to register for the 2016 4-H Workshops, June 8-10.
4-H Science Volunteer Training Sessions to be offered in January and February
A series of four 4-H Science Volunteer Training Workshops will be offered in Animal Science, Natural Resources, Food Science and Robotics (beginner and advanced) as we continue to emphasize the 4-H Science Mission area across the State of Indiana. Each workshop is designed for volunteers who have expertise in science education areas, but are new to the 4-H system.
