4-H Electricity ePubs
Innovation has hit! Thanks to the vision of the State 4-H Electric Committee and the generosity of the Indiana Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives and the Indiana Energy Association, the Division I electric curriculum has been converted to ePub format (paper copy and the interactive CD are available from your Purdue county extension office).
What does this mean? If you have an iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, Android phone, Windows 8 phone or a Windows 8 tablet you can download (at present for free) an electronic version of the Division I electric manual. A version has also been developed for viewing using a Kindle eReader.
More to come! The State 4-H Electric Committee with the financial support of the Indiana Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives and the Indiana Energy Association has committed to moving all of the 4-H electric manuals to ePub format. Division II, Division III and Division IV will be converted and ready this fall. The new Division V manual, currently being developed, will also be available as an ePub.
Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. Send comments to Roger Tormoehlen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
