Please Give Feedback!

This is draft curriculum and currently being pilot tested. We would greatly appreciate your input - suggestions and corrections. All feedback will be carefully considered and incorporated if possible. Please use these feedback forms (reviewed by Purdue's Human Subjects Internal Review Board):

  • Review Form, Adults - Needed by October 31, 2009
  • Review Form, Youth - Needed by October 31, 2009

Send Feedback to Natalie Carroll (ncarroll@purdue.edu), Purdue University.

Suggestions are most helpful when specific ideas are given. For example, "This activity does not work - change it." does not help us know what would make it better. Specific suggestions as to what needs to be changed is greatly appreciated.
